KB Windmills

The Kettlebell Windmill is a great warm-up exercise.

This is part of a series of posts which will be added to the workout techniques section.  I will be adding static photos and in-depth directions at a later date.  For now, I wanted to get these videos up for all of you on the free training program.

You may need to crank up the sound on this one.

I drink milk to stay fit.

  2. Denny K says:

I assume this movement works your core but it doesn’t look safe for the lower back because of the akward angle. Coach, do you have any advice on the technique?

    Thanks,
