This 12 Week Program is the precursor to the Brass Ring Cycle, and will forever change your perspective on fitness.
As the name implies, this is a foundation building phase designed to:
- Introduce technically correct functional movements.
- Build a base level of competency in all general physical skills.
- Develop proficiency in low, medium, and high energy production.
- Transform your body into a fully functional unit that is capable of safely moving to the next phase of training.

How It Works
The program will be emailed to you every week. The program is designed to take you, safely and quickly through the beginning stages of awakening the Warrior Athlete within you. Each week will build upon the previous week.
The program is designed to be simple, but not easy. A typical week will include exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, squats, and kettlebell swings. Do not be fooled by simplicity, though, these simple workouts can be hard.

The Standard package will provide you with five workouts per week. Each workout will include instructions and a training objective. We will send you weekly workouts which are designed to grow with you as you progress toward you goals. However, if you determine that the program is too easy or too hard, you can contact download a different level (Beginner – Intermediate – Advanced).
Premium ($125 per month/ $375 per cycle – Introductory Price!): The Premium package offers all elements available with the Standard package as well as weekly contact with an excellent coach. Your coach will help you navigate these exciting weeks, ensuring that you are challenged, but not discouraged. The Premium package tailors your workout schedule to meet your personal needs (including any injury issues, access to exercise equipment, and any number of other factors).

Tutorials
On this website, we have excellent tutorials for mastering basic body movements. Please study all of these videos and written explanations, ESPECIALLY if you think you already know how to perform the exercises correctly. As new movements are introduced, Premium package coaches will do their best to effectively teach you how to perform each movement; however, a phone conversation is no substitute for studying the tutorials!
Equipment
As the program continues, you will begin using some basic equipment. Here are some of the pieces of equipment you will need:
- 2 sets of dumbbells (one set should be light and the other heavy)
- 2 kettlebells (one kettlebell should be light, the other heavy)
- 1 wooden or PVC dowel
- 1 Pull up bar (door gym)
For Premium Package Clients: During your first coaching session you and your coach will discuss the specific equipment that you’ll need, including where to find them and the exact weights of the kettlebells and dumbbells.
For Standard Package Clients: Use your imagination! If you have access to a gym, use the equipment available. If you have no access to a gym and very little spare cash, use a cinder block for a kettlebell and a broom handle for the dowel. (Not ideal, but you get the idea!)
