		<description>Hey guys, im not sure if any of you know this but look up a CrossFit gym in your area (online is your best bet) and if there is one near most of them have free Saturday workouts that are a blast. It also is a big because you can ask the XFit instructors for tips on technique (those kipping pull-ups Patrick).  If you knew then good on you, if not hope this tid-bit of info helps you out! 		<description>that was a very challenging workout. after the swim thoes thrusters really made my legs cramp up so i had to move slower through the rest of the mission. cant wait for next week</description>
