I went to the west valley y for the full mission profile and my shitty luck the pool is closed for a swim meet. So I improvised and instead of doing 3 rounds of 500yards I substituted 3 rounds of a 2 mile run and everything else the same. I hope this was ok. I know with my injury I haven&#039;t had much pool time lately and getting frustrated. Anyway I finished my workout in 53 minutes.</description>
