		<description>When I finish the workout do I need to get another one or is it just a one time thing to raise PST scores?  Also is it ok to do the swimming in the morning and the running at night?  Or should I do it all at once?  Thanks</description>

		<description>My running is going pretty good. I am going to start using my schedule on Sunday. That way I will be able to the 6 day straight without work getting in the way.  I ran a 5k yesterday in 20:05.</description>
