today I did deadlift 3-3-3-3-3-3-3. I will also do the CFE WOD in the evening. Which is “The Tosh”
    The Tosh is:
3 rounds of 200y 400y 600y. You rest the exact time it takes you to do each run.
If it takes you 35 seconds to do the 200y then you rest 35 seconds before the 400y

    Hey Coach,
Since I have been a day behind on the workouts I decided to kind of mix today’s and yesterday’s workout together.
I did a one and a half mile run and then stretching for a warm up.
    For the workout I did…
    3 rounds of:
10 thrusters at 70lbs; 25 sit ups; 20 push ups; 10 knees to elbows

    1 mile run

10 box jumps; 80 bicycle kicks with ab rotation;10 box jumps;30 crunches;10 box jumps; 20 flutter kicks

    500 meter swim
It took me 43 min 40 seconds to complete.
