Truly, your piece goes to the nitty-gritty of the subject. Your clarity leaves me wanting to know more. Just so you know, i will immediately grab your feed to keep up to date with your web site. Sounding Out thanks is simply my little way of saying bravo for a solid resource. Accept my best wishes for your incoming post.

Chandler,
Awesome quote.

I really like FGB. If you approach it like a firefight or h2h combat, you realize the the need to be constantly on the attack. Slow down or let your guard down, and you open yourself up for real problems.

"300" is also like that.

I did fight gone bad today which is:
3 rounds
1 minute at each station.
The stations are:
Wall ball (20lb ball)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Box Jumps (24in)
Push Press
Row for Calories
Each station you count your total reps. Except for rowing you go for calories.
My score was 302

I have a quote that ties into BUD/S perfectly.
"When a man is pushed, tormented and defeated he has a chance to learn something"
