Hey Coach,
I just got back from Spokane and Idaho late yesterday. I missed two days of workouts while I was working in Idaho with my dad on the Davita Dialysis Unit. I did “Reno 911″ today with a time of 39 minutes and 33 seconds. I also did a 30 minute core/running workout and had soccer practice. It felt great getting back to the workouts. Can’t wait for Saturday. See ya later!
